HISTORY OF TOWER
Tower is an ultimate frisbee program based in Sacramento. The program was founded in 2022, and it competes in the mixed division of USA Ultimate. The purpose of Tower's founding is to promote competitive, high-spirited ultimate frisbee in Sacramento.
